I disagree. Hur's report is deeply flawed and is yet another example of a broken judicial system - the hallmark of third world countries. What a precedent to set! It would appear that I can get away with a crime now as I am a frail, elderly man with a poor memory (I am!). It was not for Hur as a Special Counsel to speculate on what a Court would decide when Biden's self evident criminal action was prosecuted - as it should be. Hur is yet another political hack. He should have ducked the obvious question: - if Biden is cognitively challenged, how can he be President? He could have left it to the main political hack, the Attorney General, to wrestle with that dilemma. The whole affair is a clumsy attempt to cover up the double judicial standard.
